Terms of Service
Last updated: June 7, 2026
1. What FASTLAP is
FASTLAP (the "Service") is an information and analytics product for NASCAR fans and DFS players. We provide race-projection simulations, lineup tools, historical analytics, and editorial content. The Service is delivered as a website at fastlap.io.
All projections, win probabilities, lineup recommendations, and similar outputs are statistical estimates. They are informational only and not financial, investment, or wagering advice. Outcomes depend on factors we cannot model. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
2. Accounts
You need an account to use Pro features. Accounts are created via magic-link sign-in: you provide an email address and receive a one-time link to sign in. You are responsible for keeping access to that email secure.
You agree to provide an accurate email you control, to not share access to your account, and to notify us if you suspect unauthorized use. You may delete your account at any time from Account settings; deletion is immediate and cannot be reversed.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Pro subscriptions are sold on monthly, annual, or founder plans. Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not store payment card data on our servers.
Renewals. Monthly and annual plans renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. The renewal amount equals the most recently disclosed price for your plan.
Cancellation. You can cancel anytime from the Manage subscription link in your account menu. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep Pro access until then.
Refunds. Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. If you believe you were billed incorrectly, contact us within 30 days of the charge and we will review in good faith.
Price changes. We may change subscription prices on prospective renewals. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before a price change takes effect on your plan.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute Pro outputs (projections, lineup tables, race briefs) to third parties without written permission.
- Scrape, mass-download, or automate access to the Service in ways that bypass our rate limits or impose unreasonable load.
- Reverse-engineer the simulator engine, projection models, or backend.
- Use the Service to violate any applicable law, including local laws on sports wagering and DFS contest eligibility.
- Probe, attack, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
- Submit content (including via the contact form) that is unlawful, harassing, or attempts to spoof another person.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, with or without notice.
5. Content and intellectual property
FASTLAP, its name, logo, and the software, models, projections, articles, and other content we provide are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service for your personal use while your account is in good standing.
NASCAR statistics and race data come from publicly available sources. Sports and team names are trademarks of their respective owners; FASTLAP is an independent product not affiliated with NASCAR, DraftKings, or any sanctioning body.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate.
We make no representation that projections, win probabilities, or recommended lineups will produce any particular result, financial or otherwise. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on information provided by the Service, including any wagering or DFS entries.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FASTLAP and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of the Service.
Our total cumulative liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) US$100.
8. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FASTLAP and its operators from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and may delete your account from Account settings.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees when due, or use the Service in a way that creates risk for us or other users. We may also terminate the Service entirely on reasonable notice.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The federal and state courts located in Wake County, North Carolina have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.
Nothing in this section limits your rights under applicable consumer-protection laws that cannot be waived by agreement.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
